Rebecca Jean Davis

Rebecca “Becky” Jean Davis, Strafford, was born June 18, 1956, to Robert and Margie (Miller) Pyland in Rockford, Illinois. She departed this life July 24, 2024 at the age of 68 years.

Becky loved family gathering and fixing cashew chicken. She enjoyed crafts and genealogy. She loved to go fishing and deer hunting and being out in the woods. But most of all she loved family.

She is preceded in death by her father; and her husband, Darrell Wayne Davis.

She is survived by her mother, Margie Pyland of Springfield; her siblings Debbie Horine of Springfield, Robert Pyland and Irene of Ozark, Daniel Britton Pyland of Ozark; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 4:00 p.m., in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Interment will be in Welch Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2:00 until service time on Saturday in the funeral home.
