Barbara Sue Vincent

Barbara Sue Vincent departed this life April 1, 2025, in Lebanon Missouri at the age of 85. She was born on October 19, 1939, in Springfield, MO. Barbara graduated from Elkland High School in 1957 and in June of 1959, she married Jack Vincent.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Jasper Formway; her husband Jack; his parents, Lester and Pauline Vincent; and a very special cousin, Shirley Wells and her husband Joe.

She is survived by a son, Greg Vincent; her daughter Lana Kiser and her husband John; two grandchildren, Hailey Kiser-Steward and her husband Patrick, and Paige Kiser. She is also survived by her cousin Shirley’s daughters; Jennifer Replogle and her husband Rex, and Susan Franko.

Barbara had many interests and hobbies. She was happiest when she was outside, working in her vegetable garden and tending to her flowers. Nanny loved spending time with her granddaughters and shared many of her hobbies with them. Together, they created many special memories.

Barbara had many passions and a zest for life, but perhaps her biggest passion was rescuing and caring for animals. Over the years she dedicated so much of her time, energy and love to her cats and dogs.

A private graveside service will be held at Gann Cemetery in Conway, MO., under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions can be made to an Animal Rescue Organization of your choice.
