Dennie Masters

Dennie Masters, son of Alex Masters and Tina (Young) Masters, was born January 20, 1933 near Northview, MO. He passed away at 12:20 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2024 in his home in Marshfield at the age of 91.

Dennie was a longtime logger and worked in the concrete business with his brother Hubert for many years in the Marshfield area.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jane; two sons, Dennis Masters and Mark Masters; one daughter, Sheila Deems; one grandson, Doug Masters; and his siblings, James Masters, Ted Masters, Elsie Myers, Pat Cross, Wanda Wayman and Hubert Masters.

Survivors include three children, Teresa Grunlien and her husband Kenny, Marshfield, Kevin Masters, Marshfield and Lisa Clair and her husband Jim, Marshfield; four grandchildren, Kayla Roderick and her husband Jay, Halfway, DJ Masters, Marshfield, Jeremy Thomas, Springfield and Jason Thomas, Springfield; three great-grandchildren, Shaelynn Masters, Justin Masters and Dillyn Masters; and many other relatives and friends.

Dennie’s wishes were to have a private graveside service in the Welch Cemetery. The services were in the care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield.
