Roy Wayne Wilson

Roy Wayne Wilson, Marshfield, was born March 7, 1936, to Ves and Vada (Dalton) Wilson in Marshfield. He departed this life June 25, 2024, in Cox South, Springfield.

Roy began preaching in 1967, thousands came to Jesus by his preaching. He owned and operated Roy Wilson excavating for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his high school sweetheart, Sue Clifton; his wife, Nan Wilson; sixteen siblings, Cletis, Alta, Walter, Goldie, Lonnie, Van, Ruby, Josephine, Esther, Bill, Eva, Ralph, Margaret, Loretta, Betty, Cleo.

Roy is survived by his children, Rex Wilson (Shirley), Marshfield, Sheena Ledford (Dean), Kansas City, Roger Wilson, Marshfield; his stepchildren, Chad Schofield (Nafisa), Miami, FL, Holly Schofield (Kevin Laughlin), Branson; thirteen grandchildren, Renae, Rex, Jr., Roy Dale, Robin, Stephanie, Joshua, Jonathan, Seth, Jesse, Andrew, Alex, Tyler, and Hannah; sixteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Monday, July 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc.
